Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy -
Your appointment time is reserved just for you! I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 75% of the booked service to the card on file.
Late Policy -
I allow a 15-minute grace period if you are running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation policy will apply.
