Cancellation Policy
Policies
Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
* Deposits are required for all color and extension services (and any appointment where noted).
* Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.
* Appointments are not fully reserved until the deposit is received.
* If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
* If you no-show your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and an additional fee may apply based on the cancellation policy.
* Deposits are transferable one time if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this deposit policy.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows time to offer the spot to another client.
* Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
* Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

Late Policy
I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled in order to respect the time of other clients. In this case, the cancellation policy will apply.

Redo / Adjustment Policy
My goal is for you to love your hair and feel confident when you leave my chair. Because of that, I do offer complimentary adjustments for color services when needed.
* Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of your appointment.
* Adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of the original service.
* Adjustments are only offered for concerns related to the original consultation and agreed-upon service.
* Changes in preference (such as wanting to go lighter, darker, add more blonding, or make a new change after the service is completed) are considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.
* Hair that has been altered by another stylist, box color, at-home products (including toners), chlorine, hard water, or improper at-home care voids this policy.
* Adjustment appointments are based on availability.
